We believe in an equipment rental experience where the hidden fees don't stack up and fine-print policies don't catch up to you after the fact. That's why we don't charge a cleaning fee, late return fee, or after hours fee and are upfront about our policies.

For extended (non-local) delivery and pickup, call for pricing.

Fuel Policy

Refueling fee (if not returned full)	$10.00 / gallon	Minimum charge of $35. Return it full and pay nothing.

General Policies

Valid ID & Signed Rental Agreement Required

All rentals require a government-issued photo ID and a signed DeMillo's rental agreement and temporary card hold agreement before equipment is released.

Proof of Insurance

Renters are responsible for providing their own insurance during the rental period. Proof of coverage may be requested.

Note: DeMillo's is working on becoming properly licensed to offer the renter's insurance for a one-stop experience. 

Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations are strongly encouraged to guarantee availability. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Down payment is non-refundable if cancellation is within 24 hours of reservation.

Damage & Misuse

Renters are liable for any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or operation beyond the machine's rated capacity. Normal wear and tear is covered by DeMillo's.

Service Area

We primarily serve Somerset County and surrounding areas of central Maine. Extended delivery is available; call us for availability outside our standard zones.
